Introduction
WHO IS ORLIGHT?
Our objective is to provide the highest possible specification lighting products anywhere in the world at dramatically reduced costs whilst negating product lead time through our unique From Source To Site strategy.
We are manufacturers of commercial-grade lighting, serving a wide range of sectors including office fitouts, data centres, hospitality, leisure, infrastructure, landmark residential projects, and department stores.
Family operated since 1997, Orlight runs its operations from an 80,000 sqft. manufacturing and logistics hub in St Albans, supporting our clients with a UK-based component holding valued at approximately £12 million.
Our Source To Site™ strategy ensures complete control of the supply chain, delivering efficiency, reliability, and exceptional value at every stage of the project.

During the economic downturn, Orlight’s focus on quality and value helped drive steady growth. The company moved away from wholesalers to work directly with clients, allowing for stronger relationships, clearer communication, and better pricing.
This period marked a major stage of growth, including the move to Potters Bar, expansion across staffing and operations, and the establishment of many long-standing customer relationships that continue today.
